Luxgen's first production model was the Luxgen7 MPV minivan. It was officially shown to the public for the first time on August 19, 2009, and went on sale in Taiwan on September 19, 2009. Luxgen's second product, the Luxgen7 SUV, was revealed on June 4, 2010. Both cars are powered by a 2.2 L I-4 MEFI turbocharged engine developed by ChungHwa Engine Corp. and tuned by Delphi. The turbocharger is supplied by Garrett and powers the engine up to 175 PS (129 kW; 173 hp) and 28 kg·m (270 N·m; 200 lb·ft) of torque from 2,500 to 4,000 rpm. The 5-speed automatic transmission is supplied by Aisin. Pricing for the MPV starts at NT$798,000 up to NT$1,068,000, and NT$838,000-NT$1,148,000 for the SUV. ABS, EBD, BAS and the Think+ Multi-purpose system (slightly different by trim level) are all standard equipment. Its targeted competitor is the Toyota Previa.
